To accommodate such situations, we offer partial refunds based on the project's completion stage. For instance, if a client decides to cancel before the project reaches 10% completion, we provide a full refund. Our Logo Design service is truly one of a kind. It doesn’t require you to pay anything upfront. That means our clients are not obligated to make any financial commitment until they are fully satisfied with the final design.
We design multiple logo concepts based on the client's requirements and preferences. The client has the opportunity to review these concepts and provide feedback. If the client likes any of the concepts and wishes to proceed further with it, we refine the selected concept until the client is completely satisfied with the final design.
Only after the client approves the final logo design do they proceed with payment. If the client is not satisfied with the initial logo design concepts or the final end product, they have the option to walk away without paying.
Our Branding services encompass a comprehensive approach to developing a cohesive brand identity for our clients. Unlike logo design, clients have to pay upfront for this service and must already have a logo. If a client doesn’t already have a logo, we recommend getting our Logo Design service before proceeding with this service.
In this service, we present multiple branding concepts based on the requirements of our clients. Once the client selects a design concept that resonates the most with their needs, we polish it further based on their feedback until complete satisfaction is achieved.
In the event that a client is unsatisfied with all initial concepts and wishes to cancel, a full refund is provided. However, if the client wishes to cancel the order after selecting a design concept (i.e. work on the final design has started), we offer a 50% refund.
Once the order is fulfilled according to the client's requirements and the files are handed over to the client, the client has 7 days to request any revisions or modifications (within the design spectrum) free of cost. After 7 days, any revisions or modifications will be charged additionally.
If a client doesn’t respond within 7 days of receiving the final design, the order shall be deemed fulfilled and completed according to the client's requirements, and therefore, any refund/revision/modification request shall not be entertained.
